School/ University Fundraisers and Gatherings
2017 - 2023
Carnival and bingo bazaar welcoming over 1000 guests. Includes games, pasta dinner, bingo, kids corner and much more!

Community Fish Fries hosted during Lenten season.

Annual Holiday Craft Show. Welcoming over 70 vendors and 1000s of guests. A kick-off event for the Holiday season.

Habitat for Humanity Annual Meeting

There is nothing I like more than a meeting in a unique space. Greater Cleveland Habitat for Humanity allowed the BLE team to transform their ReStore Warehouse into an incredible event space.

Welcoming over 300 guests from the community. This event allowed folks to check out the ReStore while hearing about the future of Habitat for Humanity.
BLE is experienced in planning events ranging from small donor appreciation dinners, to fundraisers hosting over 1000 guests and hundreds of volunteers.
The ADL Walk

Featuring Mayor Justin Bib. Welcoming Cleveland community to raise awareness for ADL and their mission.

Planned the walk route taking place at Wade Oval Circle.
The Karen P Nakon Breast Cancer Foundation Fundraisers and Community Events

The KPN Golfer outing:

400 golfers gathered to putt, bid, and raise funds for those financially affected by a breast cancer diagnosis.

Golfers, volunteers, and special guests all bid on auction items, and enjoyed a day in the sun – all for a good cause.

The Annual Turkey Dash

Taking place Thanksgiving morning, nearly 1500 runners gather at Avon High School to huff and puff.

All Runners are awarded with a slice of pumpkin pie, and that feel good feeling for running for a cause.

911 Day Meal Packing Event
2024, 2025 & 2026

The 2024 Meal Pack Event took place that the Browns Stadium – the Cleveland Community welcomed nearly 800 volunteers to pack meals for the Greater Cleveland Food bank.

Hosted by 911 Day and emceed by Mike Polk, Jr. the event took back September 11th and made it about a day of giving.

In 2025 we took it to the next level filling up the ENTIRE Wolstein arena with over 900 volunteers all in one place!

Emceed by Maureen Kyle we welcomed Christina Ryook’s family and friends to say a few words, and honored the North Tower’s collapse with a Moment of Silence at 10:28AM.
